The school is founded by Dr. R.Vardarajan managed by the Saraswathi Vidya Bhavan, a registered Educational Trust under the personal care of Dr. Balasubramanian.V. Provisions exists teaching of Hindi & Marathi from Std I onwards & Sanskrit & Std VIII as an optional language.
